One of the best ways to start the day is a hot tea brew. Many people choose the green tea as it contains caffeine, but the ginger tea also offers many health benefits and here are six of them:

-One cup of water;
-Four to six slices of ginger (raw);
-Raw honey (organic) – to taste;
-One ceramic saucepan (small)

You should bring the water to boil and add the ginger. Simmer for ten to fifteen minutes on low heat. Then, leave it to cool and serve it with honey.
