There are many dessert, but most of them are too heavy or too rich, or sometimes even both. But if you look to prepare some tasty dessert that is not too rich or to heavy, we have one perfect idea to share it with you. One which can be ready in twinkle and its very delicious! It is called Japanese soufflé cheesecake, and is one of the best desserts ever! What’s better is the fact that you need only 3 ingredients to prepare it, plus is very easy to cook. It will take about one hour to cook this delicious dessert.

You will need: 

  • 120 g unsalted cream cheese (best to be on room temperature)
  • 120 g white chocolate (you can also use a dark chocolate as healthier alternative)
  • 3 eggs 

Instructions: 

Crack the eggs to separate the whites from the yolks. Put the egg whites into the fridge and heat the oven up to 170 degrees. Then, take the 120 g white chocolate and melt it on a steam. After that, leave it to cool down and add the cream cheese. Put the yolks next and mix with some spatula. When you are done, take the whites from the fridge and add them into the mixture. Then, whisk until you see a white foamy surface.

Get 15cm diameter baking pan and lard it. Put the mixture in it. Make sure to lift the pan some inches from the kitchen shelf then drop it. This will remove the extra air bubbles. After that, fetch some larger pain in which you will heat water. Then, when the water become hot leave the baking pan and bake your cake in the oven on 170 degrees for about 15 minutes and then, once again bake the cake for about 15 minutes more at 160 degrees. Turn the oven off and leave the cake inside for another 15 minutes.
