  • Clean toothbrush
  • Mouthwash
  • A tongue scraper

  • 120 ml of water
  • 150 ml ACV (Organic Apple Cider Vinegar)
  • 15 grams of myrrh gum powder
  • 15ml vegetable glycerin
  • Clove essential oil (5 Drops)
  • Cinnamon essential oil (5 Drops)


Simply mix all ingredients into a jar and shake it until the mixture is well blended. Rinse the mouth and you are done!
