Most people can’t imagine their meals without a slice of bread, and that is why it is one of the most popular foods in the world. It is satisfying and delicious and according to some experts it is something that should be avoided.

The flour is treated with any of the sixty different chemicals that are approved by the FDA like the chemical bleach and gluten is bad for the people even if they aren’t allergic. It is found a recipe for flourless bread that is made only from natural ingredients and loaded with nutrients like B vitamins, fiber and protein. It is cheap and very easy to be prepared. This is the recipe:

Needed ingredients:

-Four eggs;
-90gr of walnuts;
-100 milliliters of water;
-90gr of flaxseed;
-90gr of sunflower seeds;
-pinch of salt;
-90gr of sesame seeds;
-90gr of pumpkin seeds;
-Half a tsp. of baking soda;


Whisk the whites of the eggs with the salt and add the baking soda and the water. Ground all of the seeds to get fine flour and mix everything. Bake it for fifty minutes at 180 0C.
