Nutritive beet juice for fighting inflammation

It isn’t very important if the juice you drink is orange, green, red, yellow or blue – it just needs to be colorful. Remember, not artificially neon colored, but it should have natural colors in order to be healthy.

Today we will present you the healthiness of red color. Guessing the ingredient? – Yes, it’s beet.

beet juice

Here is a nutritive beet juice recipe:

In a juicer blend together:

– 1 organic beet
– 1 organic, peeled and pitted apple (choose your favorite taste)
– 1 organic, peeled lemon
– ½ – 1 inch peeled ginger root
– ½ of a large cucumber
– 3 leaves of organic kale (Lacianto or Dinosaur – because these types are much easily digested)

Don’t forget to wash all of the ingredients, although they are organic. It’s recommended to always scrub vegetables you use in order to remove the bacteria on its surface they may get during transport and touching.

When you prepare the juice, make sure that the ingredients you use are small enough (it depends on your juicer).

This juice is very nutritive. If you can’t consume the whole dose right away, until your body gets used to it, share it with a friend or family at the beginning.
